  • 1 · Recruiter screen (30m)

    Mutual fit, comp expectations, timeline. We'll give you straight answers.

  • 2 · Hiring manager (45m)

    Why 888, why this role. We dive into your prior work + your judgment calls.

  • 3 · Technical (90m)

    Take-home (your choice) OR live coding OR design discussion. We grade for craft + judgment, not algorithm trivia.

  • 4 · System design (60m)

    Walk through a system you've owned. We probe scale, security, regulatory posture, hand-off.

  • 5 · Values + leadership (45m)

    How you'd handle a sovereign-IT scenario. How you give + receive feedback. Director-level interviewer.

  • Decision + offer (within 5 days)

    We commit to a decision within 5 business days of the last round. No drift; no ghosting.
