Responsibility
We hold ourselves to the procurement standards we want to be held to.
Our position
We build the infrastructure that nations rely on. That is a privilege, and it is also a responsibility. Our CSR and ESG posture is not a marketing exercise; it is the operating manual we expect to be held to.
Environmental
Our infrastructure runs on AWS UAE me-central-1. We commit to: choosing instance types and architectures with measurable carbon-intensity advantages; right-sizing every workload monthly; using ARM-based Graviton hosts where the workload allows; and reporting our cloud carbon footprint annually, beginning with our first full operating year.
Social
We hire from the regions we operate in. We pay at the median of the senior engineering bands set by global tech employers in this market. We do not require relocation for senior individual contributors. We provide private health coverage for employees and immediate dependents from day one. We commit, before the end of our second operating year, to publish: pay-band ranges per role family; promotion velocity per band; and gender + nationality representation per function.
Governance
Our board includes independent directors with sectoral experience in regulated software. Our security policies follow ISO 27001 controls — formal certification is in progress. Our audit log is tamper-evident, append-only, and retained for seven years. Our code-of-conduct, anti-bribery, and data-handling policies are reviewed annually with external counsel.
Procurement standards we hold ourselves to
When governments and enterprises buy from us, they evaluate on a checklist. We hold ourselves to that checklist publicly: data residency, encryption, key management, identity, audit, vendor due-diligence, sub-processor disclosure, breach notification, contract clarity, and exit. When we cannot meet a clause, we say so.
