How to submit

1. Email dpo@888softwaresystems.com with the subject "DSAR Request".
2. Tell us which right you want to exercise and what data the request relates to.
3. We will verify your identity (email round-trip + last interaction proof) before processing.
4. We respond within 30 days. Complex or voluminous requests may be extended by a further 30 days, with notice to you.

Right to lodge a complaint

You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UAE this is the UAE Data Office; in the EEA, your national Data Protection Authority.
