Who we are

888 Software Systems LLC is a private limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates. References to "888," "we," or "us" mean that company.

Site purpose

The Site is informational. It exists to introduce our company, our products, our services, and our open roles. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a sales contract, an investment solicitation, or legal/financial advice. Where the Site references our products by name (888 Market, eth pass, eth police, eth surveillance, the national payment system, AI e-governance), most are pre-production or in testing — descriptions are forward-looking and may change.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, code, logos, the 888 wordmark and mark, product names, and the design system — is owned by 888 or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other applicable laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or use Site content in machine-learning training datasets without our written permission. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our APIs, or any underlying infrastructure; (b) interfere with the Site's operation, including by automated means that exceed reasonable rate limits; (c) use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person; (d) use the AI assistant to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these terms or applicable law.

AI assistant

The AI assistant on this Site uses third-party language models. Outputs are best-effort; they can be incorrect or out of date. Do not rely on assistant outputs for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions. We log conversations to improve the assistant; see our Privacy Notice.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 888 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed AED 100.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
